This is a field-based role that involves visiting beneficiaries at their project sites, whether home-based or commercial.
Role Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or comprehensive diploma in business administration, accounting, finance, or economics.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial statements, and comfortable working with numbers and financial calculations.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service and building trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and representatives of local community organizations.
- Persuasive negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability and willingness to conduct daily field visits.
- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with financial consumer protection guidelines is a plus.

Microfund for Women (MFW) is seeking to hire competent Branch Managers for multiple geographical locations to lead MFW’s operations on a branch level.
What we look for in Candidates:
- A noticeable leadership and management capabilities including –but not limited to- (Planning, Organizing, coaching, Controlling, guidance, motivating).
- High level of credit analysis skills
- Exceptional selling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Decent level of knowledge in terms of central bank regulation related to customer rights, transparency and objectivity.
- BA degree in Business, Finance or any other related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a branch manager in the financial services industry (Banking, Microfinance and Financing services).
- High level of Microsoft office applications mainly (MS. Excel, MS. Word, MS PowerPoint)
- Quick learning and adaptation skills with decent level of awareness in terms of digital transformation of operations.
