At MFW, we welcome all complaints. You can submit your complaints at any of our branches across Jordan, or you can contact us at 065666044 and we will be happy to assist you.

Abiding by the internal procedures for handling complaints, during the next 10 working days, one of our customer care team will contact you to follow up with your complaint. You will be notified with an SMS if we need more time to process your complaint for an additional period not exceeding 30 days maximum.
