  • I, the undersigned, acknowledge the validity and accuracy of the information, data, and documents mentioned above and provided by me to Microfund for Women, and hereby I have no objection to Microfund for Women verifying all the data provided by me by any party that Microfund for Women deems appropriate by enquiry and/or access, and provide and/or exchange all credit information and/or facilities and/or obtain credit reports and/or other information about me with credit information companies in accordance with the provisions of the Credit Information Law and the regulations issued pursuant thereto, and exchanging any of the information provided and any other relevant data with the Central Bank and/or any companies licensed by the Central Bank and engaged with Microfund for Women with agreements, including Jordan Payments & Clearing Company (JoPACC), to inquire on my personal data, this consent shall remain valid and effective, without limitation or condition, for as long as I continue to deal with you, as of its date without Microfund for Women bearing any responsibility for that. I also acknowledge that I have inquired about the administrative aspects and the legal consequences of not paying on time and without any objection from myside.
  • I acknowledge that the information provided by me will be used for the purposes of granting funding and joining the two programs (Afeyatuna and Hemaya) provided by Microfund for Women, and I have no objection to using the information for that purpose, and I also exempt the company from requiring me to recover any identification papers as a result of the funding rejection.
  • I also acknowledge that I have inquired about the financing terms, prices, and terms of use, and I acknowledge my responsibility for verifying the identity of Microfund for Women employee when visiting my home and/or project, and I have no objection to visiting my home and/or my project by the company’s employees for the purposes of photographing the project and/or the house before and after financing, to conduct a study of the project and measure the impact of financing. Since the company's policy stipulates a follow-up of financing and the presence of multiple visits for me and my sponsors, whether for the project or the home, I hereby acknowledge and pledge to deal with them with all respect and pledge not to verbally attack them and/or assault them in any way, and in the event of the violation of this pledge, the company and the employee have the right to take all necessary criminal and/or legal measures against me.
