Khaldiyah enthusiastically described her experience with Microfund for women as outstanding and life-changing after the latter granted her a fund that enabled her to buy the ingredients and oven she needed for her business.

Khaldiyah had the taste of success through her business despite the challenges: lack of knowledge of the local market, society’s perception, especially being an old working woman, and not enough capital.

She added that she wants to expand her business to a bigger bakery that makes all sorts of ka’ak and bread to the neighbors.
